Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is my business too small?

    No, we offer a fulfilment solution for all sized businesses, including start-ups. There is no minimum orders per week, so no matter the size of your business our team will be happy to talk through your tailored fulfilment solution.

  • Are there any products you don’t fulfil?

    The maximum dimensions of products we handle is 1.2m x 2m x 2m with a maximum girth of 2.25m. We offer fulfilment solutions for products across a wide range of categories. Speak with our team to talk about your product types, and we can tailor a fulfilment solution for you.

  • Where do you ship your products?

    We ship to the UK, EU and the rest of the world.

  • Which platforms do you integrate with?

    We currently work with most major e-commerce platforms. Speak to our team who can tailor a custom built solution to meet your fulfilment requirements.

  • What time is your order cut-off?

    Our cut-off is 3pm Monday - Friday, and 12noon on a Saturday. We don’t currently ship on a Sunday.

  • What shipping and logistics carriers do you use?

    We understand that everyone has a preference. We have accounts with most of the major carriers in the UK including Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD and UPS. Please discuss with our team your preferred carrier(s) before we tailor your fulfilment solution.

  • Do you handle customer returns?

    Yes, we will scan, grade and sort your returns based on their condition. Once processed, our team will add them back into stock where necessary.
